I know you are busy... so I've made this easy!
We start with a relaxed conversation where you tell me all about what you’re craving from your escape... pace, vibe, must-dos, nice-to-haves, etc. I’ll offer initial ideas, set expectations, and quote your Travel Design fee. You will have an opportunity to ask all of your questions and we'll start to build a strong relationship.
If we're a good fit, I'll send an invoice for your custom, personalized travel design and then we move on to the Design phase.
This is the phase where I take all of your thoughts and dreams and turn them into a trip proposal designed just for you. This step in the process typically takes about 5 business days or more, depending on the complexity of your trip. Once completed, we will have an opportunity to review the proposal together and tweak it until it's perfect for you!
Now, you get to relax as I make all of the reservations for you. I’ll also ensure you feel fully prepared for your trip, answering any final questions you have. And if anything unexpected crops up during your travels, you have a pro back home (that’s me!) to help you.
Not only was the all-inclusive resort beautiful, but our agent, Mary Gore, also recommended several excursions that included hiking, jet-skiing, sunset cruise, as well as seeing numerous animals in their natural habitat. The short answer is... all over the world. Think of my travel design service as sort of a travel "match-making" service. I take the time to get to know you and your travel style and then work with my trusted travel suppliers to find the right products and services in destination. The result is magic - customized curated travel designed based on you, wherever you want to go.
As a professional in the travel industry, I spend a lot of time in continuous education to stay on top of travel trends, new products and services and destination research to ensure I bring the best options to my clients. I also curate strong relationships with my suppliers to ensure my clients receive the service levels they expect.

Where do you design trips to?
I always design my clients’ trips with an eye toward maximizing the value of your vacation investment. Through my travel consortia, Travel Leaders Network, Polaris Point Travel is a member of luxury hotel and cruise programs that allow me to often pass along perks, such as: VIP amenities, a private cocktail reception on board your cruise, and/or an exclusive shore excursion, and more. Perks and upgrades are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, but I always do my best to get you a VIP welcome!
What perks and upgrades can you get us?
Travel is a significant investment…in time and money! I provide a professional service to help make your travel experience as seamless and stress free as possible. With all the overwhelming choices, regulations, requirements, restrictions, rising prices, world events and weather – a travel advisor is your guide to navigating all the details to protect your investment. A good analogy is real estate – you CAN buy your house without the expertise of a real estate agent, but SHOULD you? Given the rising complexity in the travel industry please consider this – you can absolutely use a DIY approach to travel, but are you able to get the most value for your travel dollar alone?
You also gain an advocate who can help you navigate situations that may arise while you are in destination. The Travel Design fee covers my time, knowledge and expertise in service for you.
